I thought it was est not gmt and got times mixed up and have tutoring 10 mins away that ends when the match starts. i rly don't want to let my partner down and will 15 mins impact the tourney? i tried looking for a sub for like 2 hours and noone could. envy is there any way you can push back my match 15 minutes? About drawing, I first list you in order of confirmation, then pair your # with a random one, and do the substitutions. I've always strictly done that and I believe I can't be more impartial.
